Lignes Dancewear Policies

Our policies and guidelines are used to maintain a professional and serviceable relationship with our customers. Lignes Dancewear is committed to ensure our customers are happy with both our products, as well as our service. Returns and Exchanges

Any Lignes Dancewear item with a defect in production or material will be replaced at no postage cost to the customer. The defected item must be returned in its unused condition with all attached labels, tags, and original packaging. Otherwise, Lignes Dancewear will not fulfill the return process. The piece(s) must be returned within 10 business days upon receiving the item (s).

Other than the return of items with defects caused in production and material made by Lignes Dancewear, we only allow exchange for another Lignes Dancewear product. We will check and document all products for quality control before we send out the items to customers. To make an exchange, please return the piece(s) in the original packaging with all receipts, original tags and labels attached. The items must not have been worn or washed. Any exchange that does not comply with our policy will be discarded or returned at the customer’s expense. Lignes Dancewear is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages. As a result, we strongly suggest insuring your return. There will also be a reshipment fee of $8.00 for each exchange.

Please allow Lignes Dancewear 2-4 weeks to process your exchange.

There are no exchanges for items purchased at sale price.

Price Policy

Lignes Dancewear reserves the right to make pricing adjustments without notice. Customers will be advised of all changes in prices before any order is accepted and charged.

Backorders

In the event that we do not have one or more of your items in stock, you will be notified immediately via e-mail and or phone, at which point we will let you know how long it will be before we can ship your items. If there are multiple items on your order we will ship the items that are in stock right away. We will then ship any items that are on backorder once they come in. You will not be charged any extra amount for shipping. All backordered items will remain on backorder unless we are instructed by you to cancel that item. Backorders take a maximum of four weeks for delivery and a representative will notify you of your order status. For further information, please use our contact form.

Payment

Lignes accepts credit card transactions from America Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card, as well as Paypal, personal checks, and money orders.

Cancellations

Once an order is submitted online, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact customer service by email to make changes to your order and a customer service representative will contact you to review the changes.
